Born on the 14th of June 1938, Chief Michael Ade.Ojo’s early years were spent in his home town, Ilara-Mokin in Ondo State, Nigeria. He attended St. Michael’s Anglican Primary School Ilara-Mokin in 1954. He proceeded to Imade College, Owo, also in Ondo State for his secondary education, after which he was offered admission to study Business Administration at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he met his wife. Chief Ade.Ojo has always been very enterprising, which explains why he took up a job at the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources between 1960 and 1961, shortly before he gained admission into the University. He joined CFAO Motors as Assistant Sales Manager in Jan 1965 and moved to the civil service in 1967 as an Inspector of Taxes, after which he joined British Petroleum [BP], where he worked for three years, before leaving to set up ELIZADE.
Today, ELIZADE has grown from a single company to a group of companies with as much as seven subsidiaries including Odua Creations Ltd, a garments creations outfit that has won several international awards at various times, run by his daughter Mrs. Deola Sagoe. Chief Ade.Ojo’s exceptional entrepreneurial skill is clearly exhibited in his position as Chairman of various companies in Nigeria, like TOYOTA Nigeria Limited, Moorhouse Sofitel Limited…the list is almost endless. He has also been on the board of so many successful companies at various times. These companies include National Bank of Nigeria Plc, Owena Motels Limited, and Lexington Insurance Company Limited. Others are Prudent Merchant Bank Ltd, Eterna Oil and Gas Limited and AP Ltd.
He is a PHILANTHROPIST and has contributed tremendously to the well being of the under privileged in the society. He constructed a N10 million gate for the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, he also donated a coaster bus worth N7.5million to Archbishop Vinning Memorial Church in Nigeria. He single handedly embarked on, and completed a major community development project worth N205 million; the 8.5km Ilara Mokin township roads, Ondo State in Nigeria. He is also solely involved in the establishment of two tertiary institutions - Elizade University of Technology and Elizade Vocational Institute both based at Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State which are aimed at giving the average Nigerian child quality education.
According to him, a man’s success in life is measured by the number of lives he touches rather than the value of his wealth.
Chief Ade-Ojo’s outstanding personality has earned him numerous awards including National Award of the Order Of the Niger. O.O.N

DEMOLA ADE - OJO - Vice Chairman
Demola Ade-Ojo, is the real brain child behind 3Line and the revolutionary products churned out by the company. An astute Business Administrator, a financial expert, is a graduate of Business Administration, University of Florida, Gainsville, Florida United States of America. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He had varied working experience in the United States of America some of which include his stint with Toyota Motor Sales, Incorporated (TMSI), Torrance, California, USA between 1997 and 1999. While with TMSI, he served in several capacities as e-Business Manager, Market Researcher,Customers’ Relation Manager, Toyota Quality Sales Process Initiator, Coordinator, Toyota Product Model Year Review,Reviewer of Toyota National Dealership Incentive and Marketing Programmes etc.
He is also credited till date with the development of the business transition model from the traditional finance to direct on-line finance through a unique partnership strategy with Toyota Dealers.
He also worked as a Licensed Financial Planner and Stockbroker while with Tabron Financial Services in Detroit, Michigan, USA between 1994 and 1997; Sales Consultant/Credit Analyst while with Mel Farr Ford, Oak Park, Michigan (1993-1994).
Demola, who, before his departure to the United States of America and his eventual return, served in various capacities at Elizade Nigeria Limited, before becoming its Managing Director in January 2005, pioneered the Business Development & Strategic Planning Unit of the company as its Head; and played a pivotal role in broadening the Corporate Vision, Mission of the company and in the development of its products and business strategies.
Mr. Demola Ade-Ojo, who is a Director and equity-holder in Toyota Nigeria Limited, 3Line Card Management Limited, The Moorehouse Sofitel, and several other companies in Nigeria is a man of integrity and a homely personality .

SLOBODAN PAUNOVIC - Director
He was Born in Valjevo, Serbia, 1947. He holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering (Nuclear Physics) from the University of Belgrade and a Masters specialization in Information Technology and Data Communication.
Slobodan started his career in 1973 as Head of the System Engineer Group in the Ministry for Interior Affairs. He progressed to become the Chief of the IT Department in the Ministry. During this period, Slobodan participated in the set up and implementation of a large Mainframe Fall Tolerant System and nation wide Terminal Based Communication Network.
From 1986 to 1988 he was the Special Advisor to the Governor, Head of Development IT System Department in National Bank of Yugoslavia, a then Member of the Committee for Information Security in banking of the COMECON countries.
Slobodan was the Sales and Technical Manager of the Regional Olivetti Business from 1989 to the end of 1994 (ex Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary).
He is the Founder of the System Integration and Software Production Company named ARIUS formed in 1995. Today ARIUS is the Regional leader in the Card Based Payment Industry and operates in Europe and Africa through its companies ARIUS Swiss and ARIUS Solution Nigeria. 15,000 POS payment terminals are managed and over 2,000,000 transactions are processed by ARIUS Proprietary Software. ARIUS is an Advance IBM Business Partner and its software products are enlisted in IBM Software Solution Directory.
In 2001 Slobodan founded EUROPLANET, the first and largest regional processor for VISA and MASTERCARD JVC with American EURONET Worldwide. His latest achievement is launching the DARIUS – JVC in Macedonia with DINERS, operating Value Added Service POS network through 1,000 POS terminals.
He is the publicly acclaimed Founder and President of the Association of Serbian Software Producers “Srpski Softver” established in 2004 and a Member of the
Managing Board of Association for Computing Informatics Telecommunication and New Media in Serbia.
Slobodan Paunovic is a leading figure in Serbian IT Business Technology, Card Based Payment Systems and development of Computer Networks in Public Administration and Banking Sector.

PROFESSOR PAT UTOMI - Director
A fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and a senior Faculty of the Lagos Business School (Pan African University), Prof. Patrick Okedinachi Utomi is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director of the Centre for Applied Economics at the Lagos Business School.
He has served in senior positions in government, as an Adviser to the President of Nigeria (at the age of 27); the Private Sector, as Chief Operating Officer for Volkswagen of Nigeria; and in academia. He is the author of several management and public policy books including the award-winning “Managing Uncertainty: Competition and Strategy in Emerging Economies”.
His academic background covers a range from Policy Economics, Business Administration, and Political Science to Mass Communication. As an entrepreneur he has founded or co-founded companies that are active in fields including financial services, ICT, and media. Among the 16 boards on which he serves as Chairman are Platinum Bank Limited (now Platinum-Habib Bank, following the banking consolidation exercise), Leapfrog Venture Partners, BusinessDay Media Ltd, Graceland (the New Jersey, USA, Chocolate manufacturer), and Arivia.Kom Nigeria, the subsidiary of the South African IT Group.[1]

WOLE OSHIN - Director
Wole’s insurance career began in 1984 when he worked for three (3) years in the Actuarial Services Department of the National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON), Nigeria’s largest Insurance Company
In 1987, he became an Assistant Manager in the Executive Support Services Division of Femi Johnson & Co. At FJC, he was responsible for the entire insurance needs of big conglomerates with assets running into billions of Naira.
In 1991, Wole joined the Marketing Department of Crusader Insurance (Nig) Plc as head of Corporate Marketing, responsible for the marketing of the company’s corporate clients. As a result of his performance and versatile background, he was transferred to head Crusader’s Investment Department where he was responsible for the management of the company’s diversified portfolios. He later resigned to found Custodian and Allied Insurance Ltd in 1994 and has since been the Managing Director.
Wole has a first degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Ibadan. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, U.K, as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. In addition, he is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School (LBS CEP–9) as well as the current Chairman of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Insurers Association

BOLAJI BALOGUN - Director
Mr. Bolaji Balogun runs Chapel Hill Advisory Partners, a privately held firm established as a strategic and financial advisory practice focused on providing unbiased corporate advisory services and resources to businesses and private equity sources involved in investing in and developing Nigeria’s productive infrastructure.
He has over fifteen years experience in investment banking and mobile telecommunications. Until April 2004, he was the pioneer Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer and later Chief Marketing Officer, from October 2001 at V Mobile, (formerly Econet Wireless Nigeria) the second largest Nigerian wireless operator. He was a co-promoter and member of the license auction team, which won a national license for US$285 million in January 2001. He led the capital raising effort to raise over US$650 million for the license and network build.
From June 1998, he was Executive Director at FCMB Capital Markets, a pre-eminent Nigerian investment bank where he led advisory teams in major corporate and complex transactions, including privatizations, M & A, Equity & Debt Capital Raising, IPOs, Listings, Buyouts, Restructurings, Debt Conversion, compliance with Securities laws, investments across sectors including energy, telecommunications & financial services. He advised clients on market entry and on the acquisition of Nigerian companies. From April 1993, he was Executive Director, CSL Stockbrokers.
Mr. Balogun was a member of the Committee on the Nigerian Corporate Governance Code and led transaction teams on several landmark deals:-
He graduated from the London School of Economics and is a licensed securities dealer in Nigeria. He sits on the board of a few companies and is an avid polo player and golfer.
