3Line will design and manage bespoke loyalty schemes for interested corporate bodies. Our loyalty programmes enable the corporate body to encourage greater use of their products and services but offering their customers the incentive of obtaining rewards based on increasing levels of usage. Our card platform can be used to record usage easily so that rewards can be automatically issued to customers as and when due. Such loyalty schemes have proven to be most effective in increasing the stickiness of brands worldwide but can be difficult to administer without an effective and simple data-capture system such as our platform provides. The multiple application capabilities of the Freedom card enables the card holder to tie their cards to 5 different merchants where they are able to gain loyalty points based on volume and value of transactions.

Beyond the card platform, we can also assist with other aspects of the management and administration of a customer loyalty program including website hosting and development, call center functions, performance measurement, business intelligence and outbound Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.

Dynamic Platform for Multi- Application
A peculiar feature of our card scheme is its ability to allow the loading of multiple applications on the same card. This means that one card is able to serve the requirements for ePayment and eData simultaneously. This feature is particularly useful where a group of merchants may want to reduce costs by co-branding on the Freedom card and offering it to their clients for loyalty programmes.
