Any of these features can be activated on request for a card issuer. Online and Offline Payments at POS and ATM Terminals Connectivity issues are a thing of the past with the Freedom card online and offline capabilities. Freedom card comes with both a chip and the more common magstripe feature enabling the card holder to load money on the chip for offline spending or to go online and access from an account. Now the card holder can have the unique convenience of carrying only one card as both an electronic purse and a debit card. Cash back at POS Terminals As well as taking cash from the ATM, Freedom card allows you to collect cash from a merchant outlet after a purchase is made or even without making a purchase at all, The card holder has more avenues through which to access his funds as now every point of contact offers the possibility for cash dispensing. Electronic Fund Transfer: Local & International As the world becomes a global village the need to transfer funds from one part of the world to the other becomes very crucial. Freedom card holders are given a secure, reliable and scalable platform for electronic transaction processing. The system accepts transactions from a diverse range of a delivery channels, and intelligently switches them to the relevant networks to provide convenience like never before. Person to Person Fund Transfer 3Line card holders are also able to transfer funds from their card to other 3Line card holders at any given time. They can do so at an ATM machine or via a mobile phone. This will aid transaction settlements especially for low value transactions. The Freedom card can also enable ATM transactions, payment for goods and services at merchant outlets, funds loading and off loading, balance inquiry, Pre-paid utility services, airtime vending and web purchases.
