The following vacancies exist in our organization:

Marketing Manager  [1 Vacancy]
The Marketing Manager would be responsible for all relationship management with banks and manage company’s products and services. This individual would also develop, plan and implement a robust business structure for the marketing operations, promote all new and existing bank relationships & projects in line with the company’s strategic objectives & values.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & secure Marketing management networks and structure with banks
  2. Effectively manage Marketing based expansion resources of the company according to authorized procedure , for quality business & company growth decisions
  3. Oversee subsidiary operations to include marketing concept, design, promotion & quality of programs & projects
  4. Actively participate in developing new business with the Executive team by identifying & managing new/existing bank opportunities with existing relationships
  5. Oversee the production of monthly business /financial reports including reconciliations, liaison with regulatory agencies, as well as cash flow index.
  6. Responsible for financial planning process and determining cost effectiveness of current & prospective service delivery with banks
  7. Oversee all business insurance plans & ensure disaster recovery plan is in place.
  8. Conduct and perform the role of a Marketing Manager with lawful & ethical standards
  9. Perform all duties as required by the Marketing Unit 

Requirements:

  1. First degree in social sciences as a main discipline, sciences as a related discipline
  2. Minimum of 9 to 10 years working experience
  3. MBA from a reputable institution
  4. ICAN, ACCA
  5. CIM- Chartered Institute of Marketing: MCIM- Member Chartered Institute of Marketing, ACIM - Associate Chartered Institute of Marketing FCIM – Fellow Chartered Institute of Marketing
  6. CIPR- Chartered Institute of Public Relations ; Foundation Award in Public Relations; Advanced Certificate in Public Relations; Diploma in Public Relations, Internal Communication Certificate
  7. Effective sales technique
  8. Planning and organizing: ability to establish efficient and appropriate course of action for self and team; strong organizational skills
  9. Good communication: Articulate, confident, personal style not abrasive
  10. Good working knowledge of end-to-end electronic payment industry, banking, insurance or FMCG
  11. Detail Handling: tolerance for and ability to pay attention to and handle all details associated with the job.
  12. Work with minimal supervision  

Specific Requirements: preferably Male , 40 years of age & above
