Who We Are

3Line Card Management Limited designs, builds, operates and markets world-class card management, electronic payments (ePayments) and related infrastructure and services.

We focus on 3 key areas:

    •  Many of our eServices rely on our card platform which is smart card based and licenced to operate in Nigeria under the FreedomCard® brand name. Our card platform is multi-payment, mutli-currency, mutli-functional and multi-channel which means that for the first time a card is now available in Nigeria which has both online and offline capabilities as standard features. This means that by supporting your card with our platform, you and your customers can conduct more transactions of different types with one card than has been possible before now in Nigeria.

    In combination with an in house Card Management System(CMS) and a Terminal Management System(TMS), our technology can manage the entire lifecyle of your card from procurement to fulfillment and implement online & offline debit and ePurse transactions.

    Our intention is to advance the options available for managing eCommerce by introducing our technology into the market while continuing to develop it in partnership with our clients and associates so that it remains dynamic and maintains its cutting-edge offerings even as market needs become more sophisticated.
